When Should I Introduce Cow's Milk Into My Baby's Diet?

Babies under age one should not be given any cow’s milk. Babies can't digest cow’s milk as easily as breastmilk or formula, and cow’s milk doesn’t provide them with all the nutrients their tiny bodies need.
